$300,000 – Boat Accident

In the summer of 2024, a man was fatally injured on Grand Lake in Northeast Oklahoma when an intoxicated driver of a boat negligently backed into an individual who was swimming. The swimmer was caught by the propeller and ultimately died from his injuries.
